The agreement between you and Clark County when you join the program. Effective June 10, 2026.
Clark County is a virtual youth basketball mentorship program for athletes ages 8 to 17, run with NBA defender Jaylen Clark. A parent or legal guardian must hold and manage the account on behalf of the athlete. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian and that you accept these terms.
Membership is a recurring subscription billed securely through Stripe. You can pay monthly, or pay annually and get 2 months free. The program is offered in four tiers:
You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Tier changes (upgrades and downgrades) are handled through the Stripe billing portal.
Your first month is fully guaranteed. If it isn't right for your athlete, email jaylenclark007@gmail.com within 30 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.
After the first month, payments are non-refundable, but you keep full access through the end of any period you've already paid for.
Live sessions run over Zoom. A parent or guardian should be aware of, and is welcome to join, any minor's session. We ask everyone to keep conduct respectful. Sessions and library content are for members only — no recording, sharing, or redistribution of any session or library material. Unused 15-minute sessions do not roll over from one month to the next.
From time to time we run promotional giveaways open to eligible members on The Press and Lockdown tiers. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: anyone may request a free alternate entry by emailing jaylenclark007@gmail.com with the subject line "Raffle Entry." Void where prohibited.
Winners are drawn at random and notified by email. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. NBA-experience and ticket prizes are subject to availability and scheduling. Clark County is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NBA or any NBA team.
Clark County provides mentorship and training guidance only. We make no guarantee of any athletic outcome, scholarship, or recruitment result. Any physical training is undertaken at your own risk — please consult a physician before starting a new training program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clark County and Jaylen Clark are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
All program content — videos, breakdowns, drills, and written material — is owned by Clark County and provided for personal member use only. It may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms — for example by sharing content, recording sessions, or behaving disrespectfully toward staff or other members.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify members by email. Continued use of the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
